(CPB) for fraudulently certifying and marketing the company’s soup as healthy. According to the suit, more than 30 of Campbell’s Healthy Request soups actually contain up to six times the AHA’s recommended portion intake of sodium—and nearly add up to an entire day’s recommended consumption. AHA and Campbell Soup Co. are also accused of another scheme, that, for a fee, Campbell’s Soup Co. bought the “heart healthy” certification.
