Trial date set in lawsuit over Lincoln bus wreck

A trial date has been set in a wrongful death lawsuit that was filed after a Lincoln County school bus collided head-on with a pickup truck in May. No new motions were made during a Friday hearing for the lawsuit, but Circuit Court Judge David A. Tapp scheduled another review for Jan. 9 and a trial for July 6.
